By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery is subject to courier serviceability. If the nominated delivery address cannot be serviced by our standard courier network (including, but not limited to, island locations, remote areas, or certain regional postcodes), we may contact the customer prior to dispatch to advise of alternative delivery options.

In such cases, an additional shipping fee may apply, and dispatch will not proceed until the revised shipping cost has been approved and paid in full. If an alternative delivery cannot be arranged, or if the customer declines or fails to approve the additional shipping charge, the order will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our standard refund policies.
