We work hard to ensure our inventory is up to date and accurately reflects stock availability. If a product shows as in stock, it means we have physical stock ready to dispatch or collect from our showroom via Click & Collect. On the rare occasion an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best solution for you.
We ship orders daily. If your order is placed before our postage pickup cut-off, it will be sent the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off will be sent the next business day. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please allow reasonable processing times of 1 hour to 2 business days during peak periods.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be updated and sent to you by email or SMS (if selected). Robot Specialist provides an electronic invoice with every order once dispatched. If you ever need an additional copy, simply email customersupport@robotspecialist.com.au and we’ll send it to you.

This applies to all products listed on our website. ‘Total Order Spend’ includes all products purchased in a single online transaction (excluding shipping cost). Robot Specialist accepts orders for delivery within Australia only.
New Zealand Customers:
If you’re based in New Zealand and wish to order, please email customersupport@robotspecialist.com.au with your request and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note we cannot send any products containing batteries (Li-Ion or otherwise) or products that have built-in batteries.
We’re unable to deliver to other international destinations at this time.

If You’re Not Home:
We use e-parcel with Signature on Delivery as the default. If no one is available when the courier arrives, a calling card will be left with instructions for collection at your local Post Office, LPO or GPO. Please note this may not apply to bulky items such as e-scooters.
If you prefer Authority to Leave, you can request this at checkout (in the comments or address section). We do not recommend this for apartment blocks or where there is no secure space. By choosing Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility if the parcel goes missing.
We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where you or someone you know can accept the parcel during standard business hours (9am–5pm).
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can check your parcel’s status via www.auspost.com.au/track using the tracking number emailed at dispatch. You can also call us on 1300 697 049 or email customersupport@robotspecialist.com.au and we’ll help investigate.
Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, we rely on the shipping provider to complete delivery. If a claim is made outside of a reasonable timeframe (for example, after the courier has removed tracking details from their system), we may not be able to validate your claim or replace your item. Please keep an eye on your tracking and let us know promptly if you have any concerns so we can help resolve it quickly.
For Click & Collect orders, simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and complete payment. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your driver’s licence and proof of payment — the licence must match the purchaser’s name. If we’re unable to verify your identity, we may request additional information or need to cancel the order. Click & Collect is only available during our showroom opening hours.
